CRAVATE LLC ("the app," "we," "us") provides menswear styling recommendations. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the app, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: when you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details through Apple sign in, Google sign in, or email registration.
• Photos you provide: to generate matches, you upload or capture photos of shirts, ties, and bow ties. These images are processed to produce recommendations and, if you save them to your wardrobe, are stored with your account.
• Usage information: we collect basic usage data such as matches performed and features used, to operate and improve the service.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or browsing history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to generate styling recommendations, maintain your wardrobe and saved looks, operate the stylist chat, improve the app, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI Processing

Recommendations and stylist chat responses are generated using a third party AI provider. Your photos and messages are sent securely to that provider solely to produce your results and are not used to train their models under our configuration.

4. Storage and Security

Account data, wardrobe images, saved looks, and match history are stored with our cloud provider using encryption in transit and at rest. No method of storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account at any time within the app under Profile, which permanently removes your account, wardrobe, saved looks, and history.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@mycravate.com.

7. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
