These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CRAVATE mobile application (the "App"), operated by CRAVATE LLC ("CRAVATE", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement, and if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
CRAVATE provides styling suggestions for menswear based on items you photograph, describe, or link. The recommendations are suggestions generated to assist you. They are a matter of taste and opinion, are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only, and are not professional, guaranteed, or definitive advice. You are solely responsible for your own choices, purchases, and how you present yourself. We make no promise about any outcome, result, or satisfaction arising from following any recommendation.
You may use certain features as a guest, and other features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The App offers a free tier with limited use and paid subscription plans that unlock additional features. Paid plans, any free trial, pricing, and billing are processed through Apple and our subscription provider, and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Any free trial, where offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
You retain ownership of the photographs, descriptions, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant CRAVATE a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and store Your Content solely to operate and provide the App to you, including processing it through our service providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.

The App, including its design, content, recommendations, underlying methods, models, logic, and all related materials, is owned by CRAVATE LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may not, and may not permit others to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its outputs beyond your personal use; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover or extract the App's source code, methods, models, prompts, or underlying logic; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data or recommendations from the App; use the App or its outputs to build, train, or improve any competing product or service; or remove or alter any proprietary notices. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CRAVATE LLC.
The App relies on third-party services, including AI processing, hosting, link retrieval, and payment platforms. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or content of third parties, and your use of any third-party service may be subject to its own terms.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any recommendation will be accurate, suitable, or meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRAVATE LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRAVATE LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of any third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in North Carolina, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
