These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CRAVATE app, operated by CRAVATE LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
CRAVATE provides AI generated menswear styling recommendations for shirts, ties, bow ties, and suits, based on photos or links you provide. Recommendations are opinions for personal styling, not guarantees.
You may use certain features as a guest. Creating an account is required to save your wardrobe, saved looks, and history. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to operate the app's features for you. You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide.
Recommendations are automated and reflect general menswear conventions. We make no warranty that any recommendation is accurate or suitable for a particular occasion. Final judgment is yours.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse engineer it, submit unlawful content, or interfere with its operation.
The app, including its design, wordmark, and software, is owned by CRAVATE LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
The app may offer optional paid subscriptions. Purchases are processed through the in app purchase system of the app store through which you obtained the app, and governed by terms presented at the time of purchase.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRAVATE LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These Terms are between you and CRAVATE LLC, not Apple or Google. The app store through which you obtained the app has no obligation to provide support for it and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Where applicable, Apple and Google are third party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Your use of the app must comply with the terms of the app store through which you obtained it.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated within the app.
